I have the best sister in the world. She knows I live on a small and fixed income and am now working part time from home to make ends meet.
And she knows I get much pleasure scrapbooking my relatively simple life and about topics of interest to me.
She gave me the funds for this class!
I look forward to spending more time with all of you and our fabulous teachers! I have never been disappointed in a Digital Scrapper class. They are pure class!
    Excited and ready to go!

You are lucky to have such a thoughtful sister! Certainly a beautiful gesture.

I just signed up because Linda says we will be able to make beautifully designed scrapbook pages faster . Whoopie!!! I am one of Linda's students she spoke of that have submitted wonderful scrapbook pages ( taking time to make the page)and then some that were not so ( Just trying to get it done).lolololol. Now I may learn how to be fast to get it done and have it designed correctly too. Sometimes it is fun just to make a page and other times it is a job to get done.

Yeah, I hear you. I'm not fast myself either. I like the concepts discussed in the videos. Should help me identify my struggles.

(Part of my problem now is my husband retired last April.....no video to help me out with that issue. )

Doris: You are too funny. If your find a video regarding handling your husband's retirement. I want to know your source!!! I agree though, the new classes certainly have some great content and will be invaluable in designing our pages.

This sounds amazing - I love the idea of learning good design principles that I can apply to my pages to achieve consistency and beautiful pages all the time. With Linda, Jen and Jenifer this sounds like a great year ahead!
I see some familiar names signing up - I`m looking forward to seeing your wonderful pages and hanging out with you in the forum and gallery.

I, too, am very excited about the new year and the new format; however, is this new class appropriate for those of us who have been digitally scrapbooking for more than 15 years, or mostly meant to attract new scrappers? Will these classes teach us new techniques in Photoshop? I have always learned so much from Linda and her fantastic team, but want to be sure the class will be worth the investment.

I've been digiscrapping for about ten years, and already feel it is worthwhile...just the templates alone, but the critiquing in the gallery has been an eye-opener for me. Linda does guarantee satisfaction or your money back. I have made it my goal to scrap at least one layout with each template. And I love that they come in both 12 x 12 AND 8.5x11. I use both. One of my biggest digital-challenges is making clusters, and, voila! That issue was addressed this month. So in addition to using each template, I'm going to aim for a cluster on each one.

I agree with all that Shar has said, and I might add that I have been digi scrapping for over 10 years now and have benefited from these classes more than I can say. One of the things I have trouble with is that some days I come up with a "home run" and other days what seems like a really good idea falls flat. I struggle to see what it is that isn't quite right. The very first lesson has helped me to look more critically at each page and see what might be wrong with it. Do I know all the answers? NO, but this has helped me in many ways to "up my game."
